Troy Prince, CAIA



A Bronx native, graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and NYU Stern School of Business (BS '92). Troy is a 20 year+ wall street veteran with extensive buy & Sell side trading experience at premier US & International firms and near 5 years as an angel investor in Vietnam. Noting the persistent lack of diversity in the front offices of wall street and the abundance of hungry and available urban talent, he has had the idea for Wall Street Bound for over 15 years. Troy has spent significant time abroad having lived and worked in 5 countries, speaks 4 languages and brings the full breadth of his experience home with him in his mission to connect typically overlooked urban talent with the capital markets and investment opportunity.  


Wayne Wright



Wayne Wright is a Managing Director of the Technology Media and Telecom (TMT) team at Mizuho Securities USA, LLC, a major global financial institution with headquarters in Japan. Over the last 10 years, Wayne has spearheaded the bank’s buildout of its telco practice, building strategic partnerships with telcos in the US, Central and Latin America, and Europe. Wayne was helped cement Mizuho as one of the preeminent global financial partners in the telco space where Mizuho annually ranks in the top 5. A native of Jamaica, he was introduced to banking after winning a competitive internship at Salomon Brothers as a rising high school senior. Wayne pursues a wide range of community activities including leading and sponsoring Mizuho’s effort to establish an annual summer internship for underserved NYC high school students. Wayne is father to three amazing boys – Jackson, Wilson and Lincoln, an avid golfer and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, where he received a BS in Finance. 

David Abramson



David Abramson is the Head of Trading and a member of the Investment Committee at FNY Investment Advisers, LLC. Mr. Abramson joined the Firm in 2014 as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Since that time, he has been charged with identifying and evaluating the Firm’s Portfolio Managers and Third Party Managers. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Abramson was the Chief Operating Officer of G-2 Trading (2009-2014). Mr. Abramson also served as a Managing Director at Carlin Financial Group (2004-2007) and after its acquisition, RBC Capital Markets (2007-2009). Mr. Abramson was born in 1970 and is a graduate of Syracuse University. Mr. Abramson holds a Series 7, Series 24, Series 55, Series 62 and Series 63, however, is not currently affiliated with a broker-dealer.

Vinayak Javaly



Vinayak is an expert in databases and Big Data, with over 30 years experience at IBM, Merrill Lynch, Franklin Templeton, and numerous startups.  He is currently a data scientist at a microfinance startup that is focusing on financial inclusion in emerging markets.  His team builds credit prediction models based on alternative data for the unbanked and new-to-credit people in these countries. 

Vinayak holds BS & MS degrees in computer science and has been an adjunct professor at NYIT for over 10 years, teaching programming and database courses.  He serves formally and informally on technical advisory boards for a few startups.  He is also a frequent guest lecturer on Big Data at Yale, Rutgers, Carleton College, University of Antwerp, University of Budapest, General Assembly, and meetups.

Outside of his professional life, he is a chef at a local soup kitchen that serves hot meals weekly to over 300 people.

Dale Favors



Dale Favors is an inspirational sales coach and strategic business leader. He spent 26-years as a financial professional working in sales and sales management for firms such as Morgan Stanley, Bloomberg, Royal Bank of Canada, Piper Jaffray and Thomson Reuters, where he built relationships with some of the world’s largest hedge funds, asset managers, corporations and public

pension plans. Dale is the Managing

Partner at Adaptive Growth Leadership, a professional services firm focused on sales and leadership training, coaching and business strategy centered on customer engagement and acquisition.
