The application process for the Diverse Trader Training Program is intensive and may take anywhere from one to several hours, depending on your experience and preparation. We strongly encourage you to download a paper copy of the online form so you can gather all the materials you need and prepare your essays before starting the application.
Note: You will need to have a Google account (free) in order to complete the online application. You can create an account here.
The application process consists of three general parts after which select candidates will be offered final interviews

Part II: Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments
Tharp Trader Test (5 -10 min)
Jung Typology Test (5 -10 min)
Predictive Index Tests (Behavioral/Cognitive)
Part III: DTTP Application Form
The application form itself consists of several sections, and may take 30 - 90 minutes to complete, depending on your experience and preparation. Again, we strongly encourage you to download or screenshot a copy of the application form so you can gather all the materials you need and prepare your essays before beginning the application.
This is where you’ll confirm that you have completed the required reading, and also where you will upload the results of your Tharp and Jung assessments.
Section 1: Demographic Information
Your contact information and other background details.
Section 2: Education and Work Status
As part of this section, you will need to indicate your student status or upload a copy of your diploma (highest degree completed) and a résumé.
Section 3: Interests and Goals
Short answers and yes/no questions regarding your trading interests and expectations.
Section 4: Trader Profile
You will only complete this section if you are currently trading or have traded in the past. Short answers regarding your trading approach and level of experience. (Note that trading experience is NOT a requirement of this program.)
Section 5: Securities Experience
You will only complete this section if you are currently trading or have traded in the past. Detailed questions regarding your experience trading different types of securities. (Note that trading experience is NOT a requirement of this program.)
Final Section: Personal Essays
This section includes several essay prompts that will help us understand who you are and your interest and commitment to the program.
