The data is clear. A wider range of people, ideas, and backgrounds leads to improved decision-making, outcomes, and profitability. Yet Wall Street looks the same as it has for the past century.
By teaching the technical “hard” skills of finance and the “soft” skills of corporate culture, we empower underrepresented students to achieve beyond their present horizons.
