Requirements

  • Financial industry professionals with at least two years of industry experience

  • Willing to be a trusted adviser and share their background, career experience, expertise, and network

  • Able to provide guidance through the resume, interview, and internship application process

  • Ready to offer insights and advice on career path selection, and help students build the professional and personal skills needed to thrive in the workplace. 

  • Available to meet 1:1 with mentees at least once per month via phone, email, video chat, or in person. 

  • If able, prepared to connect WSB and students with internship opportunities in the industry
